Hidden, deleted and missing presentations

Understand what disappears from public output and what remains recoverable.

Hidden presentations

MetaSprout respects Cadmium's SessionBuilderCode value H as a hidden presentation. Source-owned visibility is independent of display styling and field transformations.

Confirmed presentation deletions

Full Cadmium Education Harvester imports request confirmed presentation deletions. Matching records are hidden from MetaSprout public output while local posts, fields and relationships are retained for recovery. A returning live record reuses its original local identity.

A record simply missing from a feed is not automatically deleted. Unavailable deletion responses, malformed data or conflicting live/deleted identities can hold the import.

Local retention is intentional

A hidden or deleted presentation may remain visible to an administrator inspecting local records. That does not mean it remains eligible for a public layout, public API or calendar download.

Retained import snapshots support interrupted-job recovery. They are not a general-purpose rollback system or a substitute for a backup.

Check cached pages

After a successful visibility change, MetaSprout requests clearing from supported cache integrations. Verify the anonymous page on your host. An already-open browser page or an independently cached copy cannot be remotely erased.

Unresolved source statuses

Automatic interpretation of withdrawn presentations and deleted presenters awaits confirmed Cadmium definitions. Do not rely on that behavior in this beta. If an urgent removal is needed, turn off the affected event's public publishing while resolving the source issue, then verify all cache layers.
