Add presenter photos
Import approved presenter photos and use them in a directory layout.
Confirm the source and permission
Open the event's Media tab. Ask Cadmium for the confirmed HTTPS photo folder URL and choose the source filename field. Do not put API keys, credentials or query strings in the folder URL.
Enable downloads only for photos approved for public access. Source consent checks still apply. Keep the filename, photo opt-out and date fields included and untransformed when required by the importer.
Download and display
Save the media settings, then queue photo work. You can also choose to queue photos after successful content imports. Check photo progress separately from the main import; media errors do not undo a completed content import.
In a presenter layout, enable imported presenter photos and configure their shape, size and placement. Check the actual public page. A presentation or sponsor layout is not a substitute for a presenter-photo layout.
Files can remain public
Images are stored in the WordPress Media Library. Disabling public event displays does not remove previously downloaded files or revoke their direct URLs. Existing files remain when media settings are changed.
Use only images intended to be public. If a file must be removed, coordinate its Media Library removal and cache cleanup with the site administrator.
